1. About OpenTailwind
OpenTailwind is a free UI component library and landing page template system built with Tailwind CSS, created and maintained by lindo.ai.
2. License
All UI blocks, templates, and source code are provided under a permissive license. You may use, modify, and distribute the code in personal and commercial projects, subject to the usage rules below.
3. What You Can Do
- ✓Freelancer building a client website
- ✓Agency using blocks for commercial projects
- ✓Startup using templates in a SaaS product
- ✓Open-source or internal company tools
- ✓Modify, customize, and adapt the code to your needs
- ✓Use the customizer to change colors, fonts, and styles
- ✓Download and self-host the code
4. What Requires a Commercial License
- ✗SaaS website builder where users create sites from these templates (commercial license required)
- ✗Selling or redistributing the templates as templates
- ✗Repackaging blocks/templates for resale on marketplaces

5. Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but not required. A link back to opentailwind.dev or lindo.ai helps us grow the project, but it is entirely optional.
6. Third-Party Assets
Images are sourced from Unsplash and Pexels under their respective licenses. Brand logos are from open-source repositories. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Replace placeholder content with your own assets for production use.
7. lindo.ai Integration
OpenTailwind is part of the lindo.ai ecosystem. Templates can be opened and customized in the lindo.ai website builder. Use of lindo.ai services is subject to lindo.ai's own terms of service.
8. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the code will be error-free, secure, or fit for any purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OpenTailwind, lindo.ai, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
