How the layout works

The date appears above a large two-line event title. A brief description leads into the Reserve Your Spot panel with name, email, and company fields. This gives you a useful announcement-to-registration sequence. The sample event date is historical and the form is a visual starting point, so neither should be used unchanged.

When to use it

A single conference or summit whose main action is registration. The catalogue filename says wedding planner, but the actual opening is a technology conference.

Before you publish

• Replace the event name, dates, venue, time zone, and all sample endorsements with current facts.
• Connect registration to a service that validates entries, handles capacity, and sends confirmations; add visible input labels and error feedback.
• Rewrite the generic team features as an agenda, speaker list, and practical attendance information, and verify the form on a phone.
