Privacy Policy

OpenTailwind is a website block and template library operated by lindo.ai. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse the library, create an account, or contact us.

Your account

We use your email address to create and identify your account, verify sign-in, and send account emails. We store your account identifier, profile name and avatar when provided, membership plan, and account timestamps. Supabase provides our authentication and account database services.

Sign in with Google

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, and basic profile information such as your name and profile picture. We use this information to authenticate you and populate your OpenTailwind profile. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or calendars.

Google account information is processed by Supabase for authentication and stored with your account. Your email address and name may be processed by Emailr to send account messages such as a welcome email. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. You can revoke Google access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete your OpenTailwind account; contact us to request deletion.

Saved designs, activity, and payments

We store the designs you like and your code and download activity to provide your profile and understand library usage. Your favorites are private to your account. The authorized site owner can view member information and usage metrics. Stripe processes Pro payments; we send your email and account reference to create checkout and retain payment identifiers, amount, currency, and payment status. We do not store payment card details.

Account emails

Emailr delivers sign-in codes, verification messages, welcome emails, and account security updates. Emailr processes recipient addresses and message content for delivery. We keep delivery records, including the message type, delivery status, and timestamps, to diagnose failures and avoid duplicate messages. Our delivery-receipt table does not store sign-in codes or email bodies.

Browser storage and analytics

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your theme. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand website interactions and improve the library. Clarity may process device and browser information, pages visited, interactions, and session recordings. See our Cookie Policy for more information about browser storage.

Other service providers

Cloudflare serves our website. Previews may load fonts, images, and other resources from services such as Google Fonts, Unsplash, and Pexels. Those services receive connection information, such as your IP address, when your browser requests their resources. Providers may process information outside your country.

Retention and your choices

We retain account information while it is needed to provide your account and operate the service. Delivery and operational records may also be retained for security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations. You can sign out or clear browser storage on your device. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, email [email protected]. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
